Speakers

Anita Broxson (USA) MSN, RN, OCN

University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Centre

Anita Broxson received her BSN from Texas Woman's University-Houston in 1991 and an MSN, NP, in adult health from UT School of Nursing-Houston in 2001. While a graduate student, she represented the UT School of Nursing as an intern at the American International University in London. She has worked as a clinical nurse, a research nurse, and currently is a Program Director in the Department of Breast Medical Oncology. Ms Broxson is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nurses, the Oncology Nursing Society and the Texas Nurses Association.
